1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the phppub platform (available at phppub.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications), you ("the Player", "User", "Account Holder") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with phppub's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may apply from time to time (collectively, "the Agreement").

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the phppub platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting phppub support. Continued use of the phppub platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain a real-money account with phppub. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine law governing online gambling and the regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). phppub strictly enforces this age restriction and verifies age through a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process.

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any bonuses claimed. phppub reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend access pending verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

phppub's services are directed at players located in the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to their location. phppub does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. If you access phppub from outside the Philippines, you do so at your own risk and acknowledge that local laws may apply.

2.3 Account Registration

To register a phppub account, you must:

• Provide a valid Philippine mobile number or email address;
• Create a secure password that meets phppub's minimum complexity requirements;
• Confirm that you are at least 21 years of age;
• Confirm that you are not a PAGCOR-listed self-excluded individual;
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions and phppub's Privacy Policy;
• Complete OTP verification on your registered mobile number.

phppub permits only one account per individual. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, same payment method, or same device — is strictly prohibited. phppub employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.

2.4 KYC Identity Verification

phppub is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable Philippine identity documents include: National ID, Passport, Driver's Licence, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, and UMID. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed. phppub reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where required by applicable regulations.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your phppub account credentials. This includes your registered mobile number or email address, password, and any OTP codes generated during login. phppub will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any other person;
• Log out of your phppub account after each session, particularly when using a shared device;
• Notify phppub immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
• Ensure all personal information on your account is accurate and kept up to date;
• Update your registered contact details promptly if your Philippine mobile number changes.

phppub shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. All transactions completed using your account credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified phppub of a security compromise prior to the transaction taking place.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

phppub accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect in your phppub balance.

phppub does not accept third-party deposits. All funds deposited to your phppub account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to other individuals are prohibited and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC identity verification;
• The withdrawal method must match a verified payment account in your name;
• The minimum GCash and PayMaya withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• Bank transfer withdrawals carry a minimum of ₱500;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds;
• phppub reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before approving large withdrawals.

phppub targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawal processing within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. These timelines are targets and may vary during periods of high volume or scheduled system maintenance. phppub is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking networks.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on phppub are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phppub does not apply currency conversion charges on PHP transactions. Players accessing phppub from outside the Philippines are responsible for any foreign exchange fees or conversion charges applied by their own financial institution.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phppub offers various bonus promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry dates.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are valid only for the account holder to whom they are offered and may not be transferred;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms;
• Bonus funds must be wagered at least the stated number of times before any withdrawal may be requested;
• phppub reserves the right to set game contribution percentages toward wagering requirements, which vary by game type;
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with active bonus funds; bets exceeding these limits may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings;
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe.

5.2 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The phppub welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Players must be at least 21 years of age, have completed registration, and have accepted the bonus before the offer's expiry date. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the phppub platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing bets. In cases of conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

phppub uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, JILI Games, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and Asia Gaming. All RNG systems are independently audited. Game outcomes are statistically random and not subject to manipulation by phppub or any player.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a round, phppub reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the Player's account. phppub shall not be liable for any losses claimed to result from a game malfunction where the Player's own connection or device was the cause of the interruption.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phppub platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Allowing any other person to use your phppub account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological assistance to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain;
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Using phppub in connection with any fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with any phppub software or infrastructure;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without prior written communication with phppub support.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phppub platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, and data compilations — is the property of phppub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use phppub's intellectual property for any purpose outside of your personal, non-commercial use of the platform as a registered player.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the phppub platform without prior written consent from phppub.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phppub's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phppub shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity — whether direct or indirect — arising from your use of the phppub platform;
• Losses arising from interruption of service due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond phppub's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing attributable to third-party financial institutions;
• Any act or omission of a third-party game provider whose content is made available on phppub.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit phppub's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming

phppub is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, it is important to seek assistance promptly.

phppub provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible at no charge via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automated notifications after a defined period of continuous play;
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from phppub. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

Players wishing to self-exclude should contact phppub support via live chat. phppub will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players and will take reasonable technical measures to prevent self-excluded individuals from accessing their accounts.

11. Termination & Account Closure

phppub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where phppub reasonably determines that:

• These Terms & Conditions have been breached;
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information;
• The account is being used for prohibited or illegal purposes;
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require account action;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Players may voluntarily close their phppub account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any cleared balance remaining in the account (net of any pending bonus wagering) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

Where phppub closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, phppub reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation and to permanently forfeit funds where a violation is confirmed.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through phppub's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute, Players are required to submit a written complaint to phppub via the official support channel at [email protected]. phppub commits to acknowledging all complaints within two (2) business days and providing a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

13. Amendments to These Terms

phppub reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, phppub will provide notice to affected players via the registered email address or mobile number on their account. Continued use of the phppub platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page at phppub.cam/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
