This Privacy Policy describes how phppub ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the personal information of individuals who register and use the phppub platform ("you", "User", "Player"). By registering an account with phppub or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described herein.

phppub is committed to transparency and compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). We respect your privacy and recognize the importance of safeguarding your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

phppub collects personal data from you at various points during account registration, identity verification, deposit and withdrawal processing, gameplay, and customer service interactions. The types of information we collect include:

2.1 Account Registration Information

• Full legal name (as it appears on your Philippine government-issued ID);
• Date of birth;
• Philippine mobile number;
• Email address;
• Residential address (province, city/municipality, barangay);
• Username and password (password is stored in hashed form and is not accessible to phppub staff);
• Account security question responses (if applicable).

2.2 KYC Identity Verification Documents

To comply with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws, phppub requires all account holders to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This process requires you to submit one or more of the following Philippine government-issued identity documents:

• National ID (PhilSys ID);
• Philippine Passport;
• Driver's Licence;
• SSS UMID Card;
• GSIS e-Card;
• PhilHealth ID;
• Postal ID;
• Voter's ID.

Submitted documents are reviewed manually and/or electronically to verify your identity, age (minimum 21 years), and residential address. Document images are stored securely and accessed only by authorized verification personnel.

2.3 Financial & Transaction Data

• Deposit and withdrawal transaction history, including date, time, amount, payment method, and transaction reference number;
• Payment account details (partial account numbers or wallet IDs) for GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, as required to process deposits and withdrawals;
• Transaction amounts, bet amounts, game results, and account balance;
• Bonus usage and wagering activity.

phppub does not store your complete credit card or bank account numbers. Payment card processing is handled by certified third-party payment gateways that comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

2.4 Gameplay & Behavioral Data

• Game play history, including game titles, bet amounts, win/loss results, and session duration;
• Login and logout timestamps;
• Device information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, device identifiers;
• Clickstream data and navigation patterns within the phppub platform;
• Self-exclusion preferences, deposit limits, and responsible gaming tool settings.

2.5 Customer Service Communications

When you contact phppub support via live chat, email, or phone, we collect and retain the content of your communications, including any information you voluntarily provide to resolve your inquiry.

3. How We Use Your Data

phppub collects and processes your personal data for the following lawful purposes:

3.1 Account Registration & Service Delivery

We use your registration information to create and maintain your phppub account, authenticate your identity when you log in, provide you access to games and betting services, process your deposits and withdrawals, and communicate important account-related information such as transaction confirmations, password resets, and security alerts.

3.2 Legal & Regulatory Compliance

phppub is required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all account holders, prevent underage gambling, detect and report suspicious transactions consistent with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, respond to lawful requests from government authorities, and maintain records for statutory audit and compliance purposes.

3.3 Fraud Prevention & Platform Security

We analyze gameplay patterns, transaction data, device information, and IP addresses to detect fraudulent activity, multiple account registrations, collusion, bonus abuse, and other prohibited conduct. This monitoring protects both phppub and legitimate players from financial harm.

3.4 Service Improvement & Analytics

Aggregated and anonymized data is used to analyze platform performance, identify technical issues, improve user experience, optimize game offerings, and inform business decisions. This data does not personally identify individual users.

3.5 Marketing Communications (With Consent)

With your explicit consent, phppub may send promotional emails and SMS messages about new games, bonus offers, tournaments, and other phppub services. You may withdraw consent and opt out of marketing communications at any time by adjusting your account preferences or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

phppub does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers & Processors

phppub engages third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf, including payment processing (GCash, PayMaya, bank partners), game content provision (Pragmatic Play, JILI Games, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming), identity verification services, customer support platforms, data hosting and cloud infrastructure, and email delivery services. These service providers are contractually obligated to process your data only in accordance with phppub's instructions and to maintain appropriate security measures.

4.2 Legal Obligations & Regulatory Authorities

phppub may disclose your personal information to Philippine government authorities, including PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), law enforcement agencies, and courts, where required by law, court order, subpoena, or regulatory directive. Such disclosures are made only to the extent legally required and in response to valid legal process.

4.3 Business Transfers

In the event that phppub undergoes a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. You will be notified of any such transfer, and the acquiring entity will be required to continue protecting your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

4.4 Consent-Based Disclosures

We will not share your personal information with any other third party except with your explicit consent or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

• Firewalls & Intrusion Detection: phppub's network infrastructure is protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems that monitor for suspicious activity;
• Regular Security Audits: phppub conducts periodic security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and remediate potential weaknesses;
• Employee Training: All phppub personnel with access to personal data undergo mandatory data protection and information security training.

Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. phppub cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and should notify phppub immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

phppub uses cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on the platform, maintain session state, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. Cookies are small text files placed on your device by your web browser.

6.1 Types of Cookies Used

• Essential Cookies: Required for the platform to function. These cookies enable you to log in, navigate the site, and use core features. You cannot opt out of essential cookies;
• Performance Cookies: Collect anonymized data about how users interact with the platform, including page views, session duration, and error messages. This data helps phppub identify technical issues and improve performance;

7. Data Retention

phppub retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

• Active Accounts: Personal data associated with active phppub accounts is retained for the duration of the account relationship;
• Closed Accounts: Following voluntary account closure, phppub retains identity verification documents, transaction history, and account records for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering laws;
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. phppub may contact you to confirm whether you wish to keep your account active. If no response is received within 60 days, the account may be closed and data retained in accordance with closed account policies;
• Marketing Data: If you opt out of marketing communications, your contact information is retained on a suppression list to ensure you are not contacted again. Suppression list data is retained indefinitely;
• Secure Deletion: Once the applicable retention period expires, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized such that it can no longer be associated with an identified or identifiable individual.

8. Your Rights Under Philippine Law

The Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 grants you the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• Right to Be Informed: You have the right to be informed about the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data. This Privacy Policy serves that purpose;
• Right to Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data phppub holds about you. To exercise this right, contact our Data Protection Officer with your request;
• Right to Correction: If any of your personal data is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, you have the right to request correction. Most account information can be updated directly in your phppub account settings;
• Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time;
• Right to Erasure or Blocking: You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where phppub no longer has a lawful basis to retain it. Note that phppub may be required to retain certain data to comply with legal obligations;
• Right to Data Portability: You have the right to request that phppub transfer your personal data to another service provider in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, where technically feasible;
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: If you believe phppub has violated your data privacy rights, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

9. Children's Privacy

phppub's services are intended exclusively for individuals aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 21. If phppub becomes aware that an account has been registered by an individual under 21 years of age, the account will be closed immediately, and all associated personal data will be deleted, except where retention is required by law.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to phppub, please contact us immediately at the email address in Section 12, and we will take prompt action to remove the information from our systems.

10. International Data Transfers

phppub's primary operations and data storage infrastructure are located in secure facilities with appropriate data protection safeguards. Some of our third-party service providers (such as cloud infrastructure providers and game content suppliers) may process your data in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, phppub ensures that such transfers comply with Philippine data protection law and that the recipient jurisdiction provides an adequate level of protection, or that appropriate contractual safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place. By using phppub's services, you acknowledge and consent to such international transfers.

phppub reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal requirements, or business operations.
